A lawsuit has been filed against Sandifer Gas and Service and one of their truck drivers, Marcus Sandifer, over a rear-end collision.
According to the suit, the plaintiff, Robert Evans, was stopped at a red light on FM 105 in Vidor when the defendant’s truck rear-ended the vehicle.
The suit claims that the truck driver was negligent in that he failed to control his speed and maintain a proper lookout. The suit also faults Sandifer Gas for failing to properly train the driver.
Evans is suing for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and lost wages.
